The Nursery (song cycle)

The Nursery (, Detskaya, literally Children's »Room) is a song cycle by Modest Petrovich Mussorgsky, composed between 1868 and 1872, to his own lyrics.

3. «Жук» The Beetle (1870)
4. «С куклой» With the Doll (1870)
5. «На сон грядущий» Going to Sleep (1870)
6. «Поехал на палочке» The Hobby-Horse (1872)
7. «Кот Матрос» The Cat Sailor (1872)

Note: The last two numbers were not present in the first publication of the song cycle, but were published posthumously.
